How the final price is set.After a manuscript or sample review, the written quote combines professional labor, project management, included revisions, approved outside costs, and scope risk. Complex layouts, heavy editing, illustrations, added formats, rush schedules, or work beyond the included rounds require a separate written price.

Work moves forward only when the written scope, required materials, approvals, and applicable payment are in place. Author waiting time pauses the production schedule.
Payment options
Plan the work around real milestones.
Smaller projects are generally invoiced before scheduling. Eligible larger projects may use two or three progress invoices tied to defined production milestones. Approved third-party expenses are confirmed before commitment.
If a third-party Pay Later option is offered, availability, eligibility, rates, and terms are determined by that independent provider. Palzer Publishing does not make credit decisions or guarantee approval.

Do I keep my copyright?
Yes. You retain your copyright unless a separate, attorney-reviewed written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Can I buy only one service?
Yes. Every listed service can be purchased individually or included in a written package scope.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing reflects manuscript length and condition, editorial depth, page and image complexity, formats, platforms, schedule, revisions, outside costs, and project-management needs.
Can I pay in milestones?
Eligible larger projects may be divided into written production milestones. The exact schedule is confirmed in your proposal and service agreement.
Is Pay Later approval guaranteed?
No. If a third-party Pay Later option is available, eligibility and terms are determined by that independent provider. Palzer Publishing does not make credit decisions or guarantee approval.
Who controls my KDP account?
You do. You sign in securely, complete MFA yourself, make pricing decisions, and separately authorize publication.
Who receives royalties?
Royalties remain connected to the author’s or rights holder’s approved distribution account. Palzer Publishing does not take control of author royalties as part of these services.
Who owns the final files?
Your proposal identifies the final files delivered to you. Editable source files, licensed fonts, and third-party assets are included only when expressly listed and legally transferable.
Do I need my own ISBN?
That depends on the edition, format, publisher-of-record decision, and distribution path. We explain the options before any identifier is assigned.
What if my manuscript is unfinished?
Begin with a consultation or manuscript assessment. Production services work best after the relevant editorial stage is complete.
What happens when scope changes?
New chapters, additional formats or platforms, extra revision rounds, rush work, or rework after approval require a written change proposal before the added work begins.
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
The signed service agreement controls cancellation and refunds, including work already completed and approved third-party costs.
How is AI used in the work?
Any approved AI-assisted process is paired with human review and project-specific controls. Confidential material, disclosure needs, and copyright implications are addressed in the written scope.
Do you guarantee sales, rankings, reviews, media, or retail placement?
No. We provide defined professional services and cannot control readers, retailers, platforms, media, or market outcomes.
