Information We Receive
This website currently has no visitor accounts, checkout, analytics, or advertising pixels. It provides a publishing-project inquiry form and a publishing-service chat assistant.
If you submit the inquiry form, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, working book title, genre, approximate word count, manuscript stage, services and formats of interest, desired date, budget range, and project message. The form assigns an inquiry reference number and records the submission time, routing category, and review status.
If you choose to email Palzer Publishing LLC, you may also provide your message, signature, and any attachments you include.
Publishing Assistant
If you choose to use the Publishing Assistant, the messages you submit and limited recent conversation context are processed to provide service information and help identify an appropriate next step. When AI response service is active, OpenAI processes that information on our behalf to generate a response. The assistant may instead provide prewritten guided information if the AI service is unavailable.
Chat is not the place to submit passwords, verification codes, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, tax information, bank details, confidential account credentials, or a complete confidential manuscript. Chat messages remain in your browser during the conversation unless you choose to transfer a summary into the project inquiry form. Submitting that form creates the inquiry record described above.
How Inquiry Information Is Used
We use inquiry and email information to evaluate and respond to requests, recommend an appropriate publishing service or next step, prepare a consultation or written estimate, prevent misuse, maintain reasonable business records, and meet applicable legal obligations.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship, approve a price or schedule, or authorize publication.
Service Providers and Technical Data
Google Workspace and other providers involved in delivering email process email information on our behalf and under their own terms and privacy practices.
Website hosting, database, security, and AI-service providers process inquiry, chat, and technical information as necessary to receive, generate, store, maintain, and protect the requested service, subject to their own terms and privacy practices. Palzer Publishing LLC does not currently use this information for analytics or advertising.
Analytics, Advertising, and Sale or Sharing
We currently do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or analytics or advertising cookies. We do not sell visitors’ personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If we later add analytics or advertising services, we will first update this Privacy Policy and add any cookie controls that are required.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because the website currently does not use analytics or advertising tracking and does not sell or share visitors’ personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, our processing does not change in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals.
Retention
We keep inquiry records and email communications only for as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and respond, maintain appropriate business records, protect security, and meet legal obligations. Information that is no longer reasonably needed may be deleted or de-identified.
